Hair must be washed and clean.
Hair must be blow dried or stretched prior to the appointment.
Do not bring plus ones unannounced.
Hair extensions must be pre-stretched, if not you can drop the hair off 3 days prior to the appointment for an additional £10 fee.
(Please note that if the hair is posted, I will not be responsible for any loss or damage.)
Please do try to be on time.
15 minutes late will result in a late fee of £15.
30 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled unless this has been previously discussed.

Policies
COPYEDITING
Focuses on polishing up the manuscript to ensure its readability and conciseness. This process pays much attention to grammar, spelling, the tone and style of writing, flow of words and choice of words, in order to improve the flow of text.
PROOFREADING
This stage also focuses on grammar and spelling once copyediting has been completed. In this stage of manuscript editing, the manuscript is thoroughly read by proof-readers to spot any missed errors and inconsistencies.
BOOK FORMATTING (typesetting)
The process where your manuscript is prepared for printing. It involves the selection fonts, setting up of margins and page sizes, spacing, layout and formatting of pages, page numbers, headers (placement of chapter titles), and indents. During this process, we would format the first few pages of the book and ask for your feedback as to whether you approve and would like for us to continue.
BOOK COVER DESIGN
If you are interested in having us design your book cover (front and back), a consultation would be organised whereby you would propose how you envision your book cover to look. You would explain the vision and concept you have in mind, in order for us to meet up to your expectations. You will be offered three different designs to choose from, and from the one you select, you will be given the opportunity to request for a few adjustments to made (according to your preference).
PROMOTIONAL DESIGNS
This includes the creation of 5 promotional flyers which you would be able to use for your social media platforms, by creating exposure and awareness through advertisement.
PERSOANL BRANDING
We offer our clients the opportunity to expand their reach of audience through other means of promotional branding; such as photoshoots (of their books), one-page websites and promo videos. All can be discussed further during consultation meetings.
ECOMMERCE SET-UP (Amazon)
We offer assistance in setting you up for selling your book on Amazon KDP.
BOOK PRINTING
The MOQ (minimum order quantity) for printing physical copies of your book is 100 copies. Pricing will vary depending on how many copies you order, as well as how many pages your book will contain.
